Order Management
Veropath's telecoms order management module allows you to track and manage your telecom ordering process. Using the module you can report on orders outside of SLA’s (Service Level Agreements), allocate charges to telecoms cost centres, maintain the asset inventory and handle any disputes when reconciling the order in the invoice with the value quoted at time of order.
Orders are maintained as part of a project - this captures the total cost of a single or multiple set of orders and can be setup for approval through an authorised manager.
An order will follow a defined set of key milestones allowing not only the order creator but also the onsite contact to track progress.
At present unless a collaborative working agreement is set up between you and the telecoms network provider, the module is for reference only and will require the user to update as information is being received.

How do we do it?
With Veropath's telecoms order management add-on you can, as an example, generate purchase orders for new mobile contracts. The information which this TEM tool provides can also be extremely useful during network provider service reviews, as you will have the ability to generate reports which give details on whether the new services were supplied on the correct dates. Any delays will be automatically highlighted, and you will then be able to claim the appropriate compensation.
This tool also provides control over which staff members are able to create orders, as well as allowing you to determine who needs to authorise telecoms orders and which cost centres they should be allocated to. And once the service is live, its actual costs can of course be measured against originally-expected costs via Veropath’s telecoms budget management module.
